At Miss Dainty Girl LLC, we take pride in our products and quality standards. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Exchange & Store Credit

We offer exchanges or store credit only for eligible items.

Eligibility Requirements
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or alterations. Items that do not meet these conditions will be denied and returned at the customer’s expense.

Final Sale / Non-Exchangeable Items
Lace items, white clothing, sale or discounted items, bathing suits, and all items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Exchange Request Timeframe

Exchange or store credit requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange or store credit, email support@missdaintygirl.com with your order number, reason for the request, and preferred option (exchange or store credit). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping fees for exchanged items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Store Credit Policy

Store credit is issued as a unique digital code and never expires. Credit will be emailed once the return is inspected and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be honored.

Policy Enforcement

Miss Dainty Girl LLC reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
