Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

Tracking Information

Please allow up to 24 business hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched. You may track your shipment directly on the USPS website using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or USPS service delays.

Signature Requirement

If USPS requires a signature for delivery and no one is available to sign, the package may be held at your local USPS office for pickup or redelivery.

Preorders

Preorder items require 7–14 business days for shipping once the item becomes available. Estimated ship times are subject to change.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Miss Dainty Girl LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS. If your package is missing, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. For additional assistance, email support@missdaintygirl.com.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

International Shipping & Customs Fees

Miss Dainty Girl LLC ships internationally. Depending on the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
